Things I would like to get rid of / Emuna Shoham

I would like to get rid of my overthinking. It causes me a lot of headache, sadness and make me feel hated sometimes, although I know that it's wrong and I'm a loved person. I would like to get rid of my shyness. It avoid me from doing a lot of things, like talking in public. I would like to get rid of my teacher attachment. I know that this one teacher loves me just like I love her, and she's paying attention for other students because she loves them too, and that doesn't mean she doesn't love me at all, and she won't replace me as soon as I will graduate. I would like to get rid of my procrastination. It makes me fail a lot, although I'm trying to stop it. I would like to get rid of my perfectionism. It makes me disappointed a lot.
